Like many of the other comics, this one attacks how money is being spent away from the family. They see spending money on alcohol as a terrible sin since it actively keeps food and clothes from one's children and wife. The comic even lists prices of other necessities to show what daily drink money could buy. It's making clear how much is wasted. Like the others, it emphasizes the family and those suffering from alcohol.
Description
Who deserves your money? A homemaker or the saloon owner? Displays a wife and a greasy saloon owner. Also states some of the different things that could be be bought to provide for a family instead of alcohol.
