Description
A monument for the victims of alcohol sits in front of a government building. it reads as "Erected in grateful memory of America's heroes who by buying beer furnish the revenue which saves the country from bankruptcy." It depicts a mother holding her children while watching her husband get kicked out of the saloon. He has spent all his money on alcohol.
